Join our next fun and funky General Meeting and Potluck on Nov. 18, 10 am to 2 pm, at Evergreen Easton Point, 770 Port St., Easton

We need to feed our bodies and souls in these perilous times, so please bring something to eat or drink to share!

But first some business – until 11:30.  We will give BRIEF updates on committees and then discuss our plan for the electoral season, giving you plenty of ways, small and large, to plug in.  And we’ll recap the Harris town hall from Nov. 11.

And then we have a special guest!!   Emily Phelps from the original Indivisible team, currently a Field Communications Associate with Indivisible, will talk about why congressional advocacy is important and inspire us with a report on the current state of the Indivisible movement in the rest of the country.

Emily served as Communications Director to Rep. Bart Gordon (TN-06) during the passage of the ACA and the rise of the Tea Party. She went on to join the press and policy teams of Constitutional Accountability Center. She has worked on seven campaigns, beginning with Gov. Deval Patrick’s in Massachusetts. Recently, Emily was honored to manage media outreach for the teenage leaders of the Inner Harbor Project, a youth-run policing reform group in Baltimore.

Feeling that we never have a chance to just get to know each other and have some fun together, after the meeting we’ll eat, drink and be merry!

Please RSVP to Ridgely Ochs, ridgely.ochs@gmail.com, if you plan to come and what food you can bring. (There is a kitchen to warm up dishes.)
