PROGRAM EXPLORES IMMIGRATION ON EASTERN SHORE

SEASON 1, EPISODE 2 - Members of Talbot Rising explore the issues of immigration on the Eastern Shore in a recent video program shown on MCTV and YouTube. They talk about how local community groups can help residents facing these questions in light of the Trump Administration's actions and the recent decision of Easton to be a Welcoming Town. Panelists include Matthew Peters, director of the Chesapeake Multicultural Resource Center; Sandy Brown, executive director of Mid-Shore Pro Bono in Easton; Ivette Salarich, project manager of the Vulnerable Population Assistance Project with Mid-Shore Pro Bono; and Connie Pullen, a social worker and head of Talbot Rising's Immigration Committee. Talbot Rising's Ridgely Ochs moderates the discussion.
